Information the platform stores
To run parking operations, the platform stores organization and facility details, staff account details, vehicle registrations, parking session times, charges and recorded payments entered by authorised staff.
Who can see it
Access is limited by role. Organization administrators see their own organization's information; attendants see only the operational records they are permitted to work with.
To be completed
Retention periods, legal basis, data-subject rights, processors and contact details for privacy requests will be added in the final policy.
